Fortification Sessions are educational wellness conversations hosted by Jah9 and invited guests. These sessions are designed to support reflection, self-inquiry, lifestyle awareness, and personal responsibility.
By purchasing, registering for, attending, or accessing any Fortification Session, replay, companion guide, digital product, or related material, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the Sessions
Fortification Sessions are offered for educational, cultural, spiritual, and personal development purposes.
They may include discussions around herbs, food, detoxification, emotional wellness, nervous system care, relationships, self-love, caregiving, lifestyle practices, and traditional or holistic wellness perspectives.
These sessions do not replace medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, prescription advice, or professional health supervision.
You are responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and follow-through.
2. Health Disclaimer
Any herbs, foods, supplements, detox practices, fasting practices, lifestyle protocols, or wellness recommendations discussed during a session are shared for general educational purposes only.
Before beginning any detox, herbal protocol, dietary change, supplement routine, fasting practice, or wellness intervention, consult a qualified health professional, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, recovering from illness, or caring for a child, elder, or vulnerable person.
Participation is voluntary. You agree to use your own discernment and seek appropriate professional guidance where needed.
3. Guest Contributions
Guest speakers share their own knowledge, experience, training, and perspective.
Their views do not automatically represent the full position of Jah9, LIJ Ltd, LifeCraft, The Open Heart Project, or any affiliated platform.
The host reserves the right to curate, edit, frame, or expand the conversation for educational, archival, promotional, or future program purposes.
4. Live Session Access
For live sessions, access is provided only to registered participants.
A purchase alone may not automatically grant entry unless your registration is completed through the required process.
For Zoom-based sessions, registrants may be required to use the same name and email address used at purchase or registration.
Late registrants, invited guests, or manually approved participants may be admitted at the discretion of the host.
Do not share your private Zoom link with anyone else.
5. Replay and Digital Access
Replay access, companion notes, access PDFs, private links, worksheets, or other digital materials are for the purchaser or approved participant only.
Digital access may be delivered through Squarespace, email, access PDF, private webpage, YouTube, Google Drive, or another platform selected by the host.
Squarespace download products can send customers a download link after purchase. Squarespace states that download product links expire after 24 hours and that customers can request a new link by clicking an expired link.
Replay links, access pages, and downloadable materials may be updated, moved, removed, or replaced as the Fortification Sessions archive evolves.
6. Access Window
Some replay access may be time-limited.
If you received access as a live attendee, invited guest, scholarship participant, collaborator, or special-access recipient, your access window may differ from the public replay product.
The specific access window will be stated in the email, product description, access PDF, or private page connected to your purchase or invitation.
7. No Sharing or Redistribution
All session recordings, private replay links, companion notes, PDFs, worksheets, prompts, transcripts, slides, and related materials are protected content.
You may not share, forward, upload, copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, screen-record, republish, or teach from these materials without written permission.
This includes sharing private access links in group chats, social media, WhatsApp, email threads, online communities, or private membership spaces.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Live session purchases, replay products, digital downloads, companion guides, and access PDFs are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.
If a live session is postponed, the host may provide a new date, replay access, credit toward a future session, or another suitable remedy.
If a technical issue occurs on the host side that prevents access, reasonable effort will be made to provide access by replay, replacement link, or alternate delivery.
Refunds are not guaranteed for missed live attendance, personal scheduling conflicts, failure to check email, failure to register correctly, or technical issues on the participant’s side.
9. Participant Conduct
Fortification Sessions are intended to be respectful, grounded, and purposeful.
Participants agree not to disrupt the session, record without permission, promote unrelated products or services, harass other participants, or misuse the chat, Q&A, registration process, or private access materials.
The host reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct compromises the quality, privacy, or integrity of the session.
10. Recording Consent
Live sessions may be recorded.
By attending a live session, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image, chat contribution, question, or comment may appear in the recording if you choose to participate visibly or audibly.
Recordings may be edited and used for replay access, educational products, promotional clips, internal review, future Fortification Session materials, or related LifeCraft/Jah9 platforms.
You may choose to keep your camera off, remain muted, or submit questions in writing where available.
11. Testimonials, Reflections, and Forms
Participants may be invited to complete reflection forms, review forms, surveys, or feedback forms.
By submitting a testimonial, review, reflection, or written response, you give permission for selected excerpts to be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes unless you clearly state that your response is private.
Personal health details, sensitive personal information, and private disclosures will be handled with care and will not be intentionally published without context or consent.
12. Data and Email Communication
When you purchase, register, complete a form, or request access, your name, email address, purchase details, and submitted responses may be used to deliver access, manage registration, send session updates, provide customer support, request feedback, and share related Fortification Session or LifeCraft communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Transaction emails, access emails, registration emails, and customer support messages may still be sent where necessary to complete your purchase or provide access.
13. Future Offers and Related Programs
Fortification Sessions may connect to future offerings, including retreats, workshops, courses, cohorts, wellness programs, digital products, live sessions, private circles, or partner collaborations.
Purchasing one session does not automatically include access to future sessions, retreats, private cohorts, consultations, or related programs unless clearly stated.
14. Intellectual Property
All Fortification Sessions materials are the intellectual property of Jah9, LIJ Ltd, LifeCraft, the relevant guest contributor, or the applicable rights holder.
This includes the session concept, structure, copy, prompts, companion notes, replay packaging, excerpts, graphics, frameworks, and related materials.
No license is granted for commercial use, teaching, reproduction, resale, derivative products, or public redistribution.
15. Platform Limitations
Access may depend on third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Zoom, YouTube, Google, Kit, ManyChat, Stripe, PayPal, or other tools.
The host is not responsible for platform outages, email filtering, expired download links, spam folder issues, device limitations, internet connection problems, or user-side technical issues.
Reasonable support will be offered where possible.
16. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as Fortification Sessions evolve.
The most current version will be posted on this page.
Continued purchase, registration, attendance, or use of Fortification Sessions materials means you accept the current terms.
