Groundings with 9 at the Zen Shin Martial Arts Academy in Birmingham
This past Sunday at the Zen Shin Martial Arts Academy in Birmingham was a beautiful gathering of health conscious souls, with yoga, breathing and reasoning with Jah9.
“It is such an honor to meet some of the beautiful, humble and brilliant people on this journey. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to learn, grow and build with those who are practicing love and healing as a lifestyle and not just a brand.
Some of them, you may never know because they don’t really interact on social media. Others are spreading their light without any thanks and getting joy from just knowing they are of service. And I love how they keep me in check, Iron sharpens Iron.
Incredible humans just being…
Love you all unconditionally. #Tribe”

Here, she explains why staying true to who you are and eating well are the keys to unlocking inner beauty.
